About Our Center
& Founder

Most healthcare is designed to answer these questions:

"What's wrong, and how do we fix it?"
My path led me somewhere different.

During my medical education, I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body and the remarkable role the brain plays in every aspect of our lives. The more I learned, the more I found myself asking a different question:

"What helps people thrive?"
Not just manage symptoms,
but truly thrive.

How can I help people find the healing they desire? How do I help high-level professionals who want to stay resilient under pressure and show up fully in your work and relationships? That quest led me to neurofeedback. I became fascinated by the idea that many of the things we struggle with are not character flaws or failures of willpower. Often, they are reflections of how the brain has learned to operate.

When the brain functions more efficiently, everything changes. Focus becomes easier. Recovery becomes deeper. Emotional regulation becomes more accessible. Performance becomes more sustainable.

Today, I combine my medical science background with advanced neurofeedback training to help people better understand and optimize the system that drives every area of their lives.

My Approach

I work as a Neurofeedback Specialist and Performance Consultant. My work is grounded in neuroscience, informed by medical education, and focused on helping people train the foundations of how they think, feel, and perform. Many of my clients are already successful, capable, and growth-oriented. They are not looking to be fixed. They are looking to operate at their full potential. They understand that investing in their brain is one of the highest-leverage investments they can make.

Why
Chiang Mai

Welcome to Axia!

I chose Chiang Mai for the same reason many of my clients are drawn here. It creates space from noise, constant stimulation, and allows you to hear yourself think again. There is something powerful about training your brain in an environment that supports restoration, reflection, and growth. The mountains, the slower pace, the emphasis on wellbeing, and the connection to nature all contribute to a nervous system that can finally begin to exhale.

For many people, the experience extends beyond neurofeedback itself. It becomes an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and return home with greater clarity, resilience, and intention. Because sometimes the greatest transformations happen when science, environment, and personal commitment come together.

Sincerely,

Melody Crisp, PA-C, DMSc
