Neurofeedback in Chiang Mai
Individualized brain training in a private, premium setting.
Axia Wellness is a private neurofeedback and brain training center in Chiang Mai, Thailand, serving an international clientele through English-language, EEG-based assessment and individualized neurofeedback training.
Located in Chiang Mai, Axia offers a structured approach to neurofeedback for adults seeking to better understand their brain activity and support goals related to attention, stress regulation, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and cognitive performance.
Every client begins with an assessment before training begins. Your results, goals, and individual patterns help guide a customized approach to training.
What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback that uses real-time information about brain activity to help a person develop greater awareness and regulation of their brain activity.
During a neurofeedback session, sensors are used to measure electrical activity from the scalp. That information is processed in real time and used to provide feedback during the training session.
Rather than following a single protocol for everyone, Axia takes an individualized approach based on assessment, goals, response to training, and ongoing observation.
Neurofeedback is a training process. It is not a quick fix, and meaningful change may require consistency over time.
Neurofeedback at Axia
At Axia, neurofeedback begins with understanding the individual.
Before beginning a training program, clients complete a structured assessment process designed to gather information about their goals, history, and brain activity.
This creates a foundation for individualized training rather than beginning with a predetermined protocol.
01 — Assess
We begin with a comprehensive assessment that includes EEG-based brain assessment and a detailed understanding of your goals and individual context.
02 — Understand
Your results are reviewed and interpreted in context. We look for meaningful patterns and consider how they relate to what you are hoping to work on.
03 — Customize
Your training approach is developed around your individual assessment rather than applying the same protocol to every client.
04 — Train
Neurofeedback sessions provide repeated opportunities to practice regulation through real-time feedback.
05 — Reassess & Refine
Your experience and response to training help inform the ongoing approach. Protocols can be adjusted as appropriate throughout the training process.
